For nearly a decade in the language industry, I have witnessed numerous heartbreaking events behind the scenes. So many talented translators have been short-changed or left waiting for 60 to 90 days – or even longer – just to receive their rightful remuneration. This reality made me wonder why those dedicated linguists suffer such unfairness.

Lotus Localize was born from that concern. We set out to create a workplace where every translator, interpreter, or freelancer is respected and duly rewarded for their work. Since inception, we have made and always strived to uphold a clear commitment to on-time payment of salaries and remuneration for every team member working or collaborating with Lotus Localize. Any issues that arise shall be proactively communicated and coordinated together to work out the best solutions; we never remain silent to make them confused or worried.
